1100°C Tube Furnaces

Blue M solid tube furnaces feature an energy efficient design, at an economical price. Moldatherm®, ceramic fiber insulation, provides exceptional temperature uniformity, energy efficiency, and fast heat-up and recovery rates. This unique furnace design incorporates venting and insulating air spaces to provide a cool furnace exterior during furnace operation. Built for maximum versatility, these single and three-zone tube furnaces are bored to accept multiple sized process tubes when used with an optional tube adapter kit.

• Self-tuning controlling: Automatically provides best control parameter values during furnace operation. Features a dual display readout, comparing the actual chamber temperature to the setpoint temperature. A detachable control panel allows for easy service and maintenance. Three chamber sizes are available, incorporating programmable or single setpoint controls.
• Maintenance and serviceability features: Furnace and control are designed for efficient maintenance in the field. Components such as the control, thermocouple, and heating element/insulation composite are easily replaced. Instructions are written for simple component replacement and installation, as well as recommended routine maintenance.
• Tube adapters: Prevent heat loss and improve temperature uniformity within the furnace chamber by insulating the end vestibules. One set (2) of tube adapters provided with each furnace. Interchangeable tube adapters which allow alternative size process tubes are available.
